The Mindfulness Coaching Process

  • Book your Mindfulness Coaching Consultation below

  • Complete the Intake Form

  • During your Initial Consultation we'll discuss​​

    • An overview of the Coaching Model​

    • The 3 Tenets of Mindfulness and how this applies to you as an individual

    • Identify what matters most to you

    • Set goals including big picture, long-term, short-term, and daily

  • During your Second Consultation we'll​​

    • Discuss how you feel your goals are going (measuring growth)​

    • Celebrate your successes

    • Identify strategies such as guided breathing, time in nature, grounding experiences, and guided meditation, to increase the effectiveness of your mindfulness goals

    • Discover an accountability and support framework that works best for you

  • During your Third Consultation we'll

    • Discuss how you feel your goals are going (measuring growth)​

    • Celebrate your successes

    • Develop a plan moving forward that will work best for you ​​​

  • Your Fourth and Fifth Consultations are based on individual need; this could be one week after, one month, or a seasonal check-in. 

Investment: $89/session or $250 Coaching Package
