Snowshoe Yoga Experience

Lotus Revival Yoga is offering Snowshoe Yoga in Outlook, Saskatchewan to local residents and visitors to the area, who are seeking a one-of-a-kind outdoor experience that is energizing, relaxing, and memorable.

Our experience begins with a soft start to allow for a relaxing arrival. When everyone has arrived, we'll continue with a welcome and overview of our day.

We'll make our way to the Trans Canada Trail, along the South Saskatchewan River, for a gentle snowshoe through the frost covered forest. On our journey as you view the Outlook and Sky Trail Bridges, you may also experience snowflakes falling on your cheeks as friendly deer pass by. As we recognize snowshoes are an Indigenous invention, our yoga poses are modified to be respectful, flowing with the breath in standing positions. At the end of our snowshoe, we'll gather…
