Immerse yourself in relaxation through gentle yin yoga, guided meditation, and crystal singing bowls as we bask in the beauty of sunset along the South Saskatchewan River.
If you choose to arrive early you have the option of exploring the nearby trails, visiting the winery, dining at the restaurant, or feeling the sand between your toes near the river. Afterwards you’ll make your way to the hilltop that overlooks the South Saskatchewan River.
We’ll begin our practice just before sunset as the wind begins to soften and the birds begin to settle. Our class includes guided breathing, followed by a sequence where poses are held for 2-5 minutes each. You will be provided with variations for each pose so you can decide what feels best for your body in the moment. As we near the end of our practice, we'll close with…
