Join us for a yoga, reiki, alignment session to provide balance in your life. We'll begin with a 45 minute chakra theme yin yoga practice with Jennifer from Lotus Revival Yoga. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes each, providing you with stillness and space to focus inwards.  While your body and mind are calm, we will shift into a 30 minute reiki session with Becky from Thee Authentic You, accompanied by a healing frequency and crystal chakra set. Afterwards, you'll have the opportunity to journal and connect with others about your experience. All yoga equipment provided, all chakra crystals provided. Join us for a yoga workshop with a focus on The Eight Limbed Path. We will be reflecting on the Niyamas which are about embracing your inner qualities that help you become the best version of yourself. This workshop includes a 45 minute vinyasa practice, discussion about The Eight Limbs of Yoga, an opportunity to journal and connect with others about your thoughts and experiences, and a closing guided meditation. Join us for a 5 week workshop where you'll learn all about yoga both on and off the mat. We'll begin by going through each pose in Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B, and incorporate this into a step-by-step vinyasa. You'll learn different balance and stretch poses as well as the various styles of yoga.
